Does product traceability comply with international regulations?

GEMXOR guarantees strict safety protocols not only for the traceability of raw materials, but also the retraceability of processed products.
This bring us to the distintion between traceability and retraceability: in short, the former concerns more the production cycle, the latter the finished product.
What does this mean?
Let us imagine a two-way system: one proceeds along the supply chain towards the goods on the shelf, the other takes the reverse route.
To move in both directions, data must be entered at each step of the supply chain.
Traceability of raw materials is in this sense the first, crucial point.
Identifying the origin and composition of a commodity, after all, is often not enough: it is also important to understand the treatments and processes it has undergone.
This is the only way to guarantee true traceability to the finished product.
